UKRPG workforce survey

All RPG members will have received by now a Workforce questionnaire to complete by Wednesday 27 th August 2008. As a member of the RPG committee representing this key area and for the group as a whole, we really do need your response in order to feed into the Department of Health workforce review for Long Term conditions. At the meeting I am due to attend in September I need to be able to present an overview of where we are as a profession in terms of manpower nationally. This then needs to be linked to the newly devised RPG competency framework in order to define what enables a practitioner to call himself/herself a “Renal Pharmacist” and what it is that they do that no-one else can.

If you have any further queries then please do not hesitate to contact me – andrea.devaney@orh.nhs.uk or 01865 226095
I look forward to receiving your response. Thanks to those of you who have already responded.
